I have told earlier also that in order to prepare a zaicha one needs to have a comprehensive knowledge about the planets. It is also essential to know about the technical terms such as exaltation or debilitation of the Moon etc.
I have given adequate information in my earlier posts about the planets so that it becomes easy for the readers to prepare their own horoscope.
A horoscope has 12 houses. They are known as houses because the position of planet/planets in a particular zodiac sign is referred to as being situated in a certain house.
FIRST HOUSE: If you wish to know something about yourself, prepare a horoscope and observe the constellation in the planet. You need to observe the position of the planet. If it is in its own house, fine. If it is in it’s friends house, good. If it is exalted, great! On the other hand a planet can also be debilitated or in a retrograde motion. These things need to be observed. If you want to check about your health, business, new ventures and profit or loss, you may have to observe the first house. The planet which is the lord of that house should be studied and then its weaknesses and strengths should be written in the first house
SECOND HOUSE: If your question pertains to wealth, finance and business, loans and debt, will and future, the lord and the constellation of this house should be observed.
THIRD HOUSE: If your question pertains to shifting your residence, meeting friends or relatives, buying or selling, acquiring knowledge or worship or about fire-worshippers, you can find out the weaknesses and strengths of this house. After observing the planet’s exaltation or debilitation, whether it is in its friend’s house or in its enemy’s house, whether it is malefic or benefic or in trine, conjunction or square, you will have to write down in the third house according to the position of the planet.
FOURTH HOUSE: If your question pertains to land, city, fort, building, orchard, education and someone’s well being then you may have to study the weaknesses and strengths of this house and write down accordingly.
FIFTH HOUSE: If your question pertains to husband, loving one’s friends, letters, love, pregnant women, wedding, gifts and orchards, observe the position of the planet of this house and then write down accordingly.
SIXTH HOUSE: If your question is related to black magic, diseases, slaves, buying or selling, pregnant women and second wife then observe the planet of this house and then write down accordingly.
SEVENTH HOUSE: If your question is related to Nikah, competition, enmity and journeys, then observe the planet of this house and then write down accordingly.
EIGHTH HOUSE: If your question is related to death, horror, hidden treasury, stolen items, financial dependence, deprivation, hurdles or desires then observe the planet of this house and then write down accordingly.
NINTH HOUSE: If your question is related to long journeys, Hajj, religious knowledge, hadith, house, madarsa, the Khutba of nikah and dream interpretation then observe the planet of this house and then write down accordingly
TENTH HOUSE: If your enquiry is about a country, ruler, judge, judicial cases, communication skills, employment, searching for one’s own parents (in case of adoption) and to rise once again after a low phase in one’s life, then observe the planet of this house and then write down accordingly
ELEVENTH HOUSE: If your enquiry is related to kindness, wealth, comfort, buying or selling, friendship, bribery, law, court and cases and prosperity then observe the strengths and weaknesses of the planet of this house and then write down accordingly.
TWELFTH HOUSE: If your question is related to enemies, envious people, misfortune, struggle, depression, elephants, horses, camels, servitude and chronic ailments then observe the strengths and weaknesses of the planet of this house and then write down accordingly.
